We used a well-established protocol for each cell type for differentiating iPSCs into brain endothelial cells (iECs), pericytes (iPCs), and astrocytes (iASs), and then validated the identity of each differentiated cell using RNA sequencing. Overall design: Comparative expression analysis of the differentially upregulated genes in the respective cells.
