This database refers to a dataset on the raw reads from twelve lncRNA libraries were constructed from samples of the control group (CK) and salinity treatment groups (200 mM NaCl for 6, 12, 24, 48 and 96 h) with two biological replicates for each used by high-throughput sequencing.
