Bulk RNA sequencing analysis was performed to investigate transcriptional profiles in normal airway epithelium and squamous. Overall design: For squamous cells differentiation, we treat the basal cells with 2 uM CHIR99021 during ALI differentiation and valiated with KRT13 staining.
