Aristotelia chilensis transcriptome of plantlets were cultivated in TIBs (Temporary Immersion Bioreactors) in MS medium, both in the presence and absence of ABA. Samples of plant material were collected at 0, 24 and 48 hours of culture. The entire plantlets were used for RNA extraction.
