Purpose: Circular RNA sequencing was used to find out differentially expressed CircRNAs between P0 generation samples and P2 generation samples. Method: chondrocyte CircRNAs profiles of P0 generation samples and P2 generation samples were analyzed. Overall design: We collected three human knee joint samples and primary chondrocytes were cultured. Then, all three P0 genaration chondrocyte were culture into P2 generation.
