To identify genes whose expression is regulated by laminar flow in HUVECs. Overall design: HUVECs were subjected to laminar shear stress (12 dynes/cm2) or were kept under static conditions for 48 hours. Then total RNA was isolated from HUVECs and RNA-sequencing was performed.
