Description

This family of monomeric and soluble type II alcohol dehydrogenases utilizes pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ) as a cofactor and is related to ethanol, methanol, and membrane-bound glucose dehydrogenases. The alignment model contains an 8-bladed beta-propeller.
