Description
This domain is found at the C-terminus of a family of FtsJ-like methyltransferases. Members of this family are involved in 60S ribosomal biogenesis, for example Swiss:P25582
[2]. This domain interacts with the meandering tail of Erb1 and its removal is required to form the pre-mature inter-subunit surface of the Arx1/Nog2 particle
[2, 1].
