Description
This domain family is found in eukaryotes, and is approximately 40 amino acids in length. The family is found in association with Pfam:PF00101. There is a conserved APF sequence motif. There are two completely conserved residues (L and P) that may be functionally important. This family is the small subunit of ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate.
