Description
This domain family is found in viruses, and is approximately 30 amino acids in length. The family is found in association with Pfam:PF04566, Pfam:PF00562, Pfam:PF04567, Pfam:PF04560, Pfam:PF04565. This family is the second largest subunit of the poxvirus DNA dependent RNA polymerase. It has structural similarity to the second-largest RNA polymerase subunits of eubacteria, archaebacteria, and eukaryotes.
