Description
This domain family is thought to be a transmembrane helix. It is found in eukaryotes, and is approximately 50 amino acids in length. In humans, it is located in the chromosomal position, C9orf123. The family contains the uncharacterised Sch. pombe protein TAM6 which is found in the mitochondrion.
