Description

This is the C-terminal (or small) domain of tyrosine decarboxylase from Enterococcus faecalis and related species
[2, 1]
. These are PLP-dependent decarboxylases that catalyse tyrosine decarboxylation to produce tyramine. This domain may play a regulatory role.
