Allele Query Tool

The IPD-IMGT/HLA Allele Query Tool provides advanced query interface allowing users to generate customizable queries to the IPD-IMGT/HLA database. This is available via a web interface or a POST API. Please see our help pages for documentation on the use of this tool. The default output displays all alleles and can be searched by typing a query in the box provided. More advanced searches can be performed by clicking the Advanced tab. The fields displayed in the output can also be changed by clicking the Fields tab.
