Data Submission Updates - NEW SUBMISSION WIZARDS
From March 25, the following changes have been introduced:
New Study Wizard: Redesigned study creation introduces new fields and 'Category' status to organise studies based on selected techniques, and captures key metadata before assigning a temporary submission request (REQxxx).
New Assay Wizard: Redesigned assay creation introduces new fields and assay descriptors, and captures default protocol parameters at the assay level with values propagated to associated samples.
MetaboLights
MetaboLights is a database for Metabolomics experiments and derived information. The database is cross-species, cross-technique and covers metabolite structures and their reference spectra as well as their biological roles, locations and concentrations, and experimental data from metabolic experiments. MetaboLights is the recommended Metabolomics repository for a number of leading journals.
