Subcellular location
The Subcellular location section provides information on the location and the topology of the mature protein in the cell. The section presents a visualisation with one tab containing protein location data from UniProt (both expertly curated data from literature and rule-based automatic annotation) and another one with imported data from Gene Ontology (GO) annotation (Figure 24). Any UniProt keywords relevant to subcellular location are displayed here.
