Expression Atlas
Some microarray experiments of high quality, performed on common array platforms have been analysed and included in the Expression Atlas, where you can look up and download gene expression values (baseline or fold change between different conditions). Look out for the “Atlas” link on the ArrayExpress search or experiment page, or browse the Expression Atlas directly.
