What are the signature domains/folds – Pfam
- The Pfam annotation of a particular protein is mapped against the primary sequence of the protein present in the entry
- The 2D topology diagram provides you with an option to highlight the Pfam domain(s) present in a protein chain by selecting ‘Pfam’ from the pull-down menu (Figure 26)
