Exercise 2: Are all the 10 enzyme structures that are involved in the glycolytic pathway present in the PDB?
Check the left-hand panel of the search results page. The results that are organised under the ‘Molecule name’ section lists all the unique protein structures that are involved in glycolysis (Figure 38). From this list, you can track down the enzymes that participate in the glycolysis process.
