Depositing data
Structural data is deposited to one of the following archives (Figure 11):
- macromolecular structural data (both experimental data and coordinates) are deposited in the PDB archive
- electron microscopy volume maps are deposited in the EMDB archive
- 2D electron microscopy images are deposited in the EMPIAR archive
