Structures
The content of the Structures tab depends upon the type of entity (protein/chemical) selected in the diagram panel.
Reactions/Complex/Sets/Proteins
When a reaction, complex, set or a protein is selected, the Structures tab displays structures of participating proteins from PDBe if available (Figure 34). The icons within the panel are green if there is corresponding information available at PDBe, and grey if not. If there is more than one structure, the list is ordered to show the best structure according to PDBe first.
Chemicals
For simple chemicals, the Structures tab represents information from the ChEBI database (Figure 35).
