Programmatic access
We provide several options to programmatically access and analyse Reactome content. We have developed a Neo4j-based graph database for Reactome which is free to download and install locally and this allows you to directly use Cypher query language to retrieve data from Reactome. also provide a well documented REST-API based service for programmatic access. You can also perform data analysis using a token-based API system. For more information please visit the documentation page in the website.
