The PDBe team are delivering an ‘introduction to the Protein Data Dank’ lecture as part of the University of Warwick year 3 Chemistry undergraduate module, CH3F5 Bioorganic Chemistry. There will also be an associated workshop introducing students to PyMol and other visualisation tools, such as MolStar, that are currently in use on the PDBe website.
