History	Identifier created: MEROPS 9.4 (31 January 2011) White bream bafinivirus is a bacilliform plus-strand RNA virus isolated from fish. The genome encodes a large non-structural polyprotein which is processed by a peptidase included in the polyprotein (Schutze et al., 2006).

Molecular structure	No tertiary structure has been solved. Family S75 is included in clan PA subclan PA(S) because peptidases from closely related viruses are known to be structural homologues of trypsin and because of the conservation of a motif around the catalytic Ser (Schutze et al., 2006).
