During this transition period, the MEROPS Blast services have been replaced with the following:

• To search against the merops_scan dataset, click here and select 'MEROPS-MPRO' from the list of 'Other Protein Databases'.
• To search against the MEROPS peptidase/inhibitor unit sequence library, click here and select 'MEROPS-MPEP' from the list of 'Other Protein Databases'.
• To search against the MEROPS library or complete protein/inhibitor sequences, click here and select 'MEROPS-MP' from the list of 'Other Protein Databases'.

It is also possible to search the MEROPS complete sequence library with HMMER. Click here and select 'MEROPS' from the list of under 'Current database selection: '.
